Our translation projects are subject to a rigorous process that includes multiple steps and involves many specializations. These are the major steps we apply every time we receive a new translation service request:
Project assessment: Once we receive a new request, a dedicated project manager from our side conducts a detailed analysis of the project requirements and contacts the client if further clarification is needed.

Quotation & NDA: Following the thorough project assessment, our project manager sends a free customized quotation to the client. If the quotation is approved, we sign with our client a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to ensure the project’s confidentiality.

Actual translation: Right after the necessary technology setup, the assigned team of qualified translators with industry-specific expertise starts executing your project as per your requirements.

Editing: Our veteran editors then intervene to fix grammatical and structural mistakes in the light of the linguistic and cultural context. Technical validation is also applied in this phase if needed.

Proofreading: A complete proofreading step comes in after editing to put a final touch on the target documents and compare them with the target files

Client review: After that, the finalized documents are sent to the client to get initial feedback, comments and insights, in the middle of the process.

Applying feedback: The second phase of editing is done afterward to apply the client’s valid comments and amends and finalize the reviewing of the translated documents.

Quality assurance: Quality assurance is a fixed final step, in which a linguistic verification and technical test are conducted if needed, before the final delivery.

Final delivery: A complete final version of the target files is eventually delivered to the client’s inbox.
